Job Title: Collection Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage the billing and payment collection process for Gen Rentals. This role involves daily follow-ups with customers, on-site visits for bill submissions or quotes, and ensuring timely realization of payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and follow-up skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with field and CRM responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Collection & Customer Follow-up
• Handle end-to-end payment collection from customers for Gen Rentals
• Follow up daily for outstanding and pending payments
• Ensure timely realization of long-overdue dues
• Coordinate with clients for payment commitments and resolve payment-related issues

Billing & Documentation
• Submit bills to customers promptly after service period
• Ensure accuracy of billing documents and maintain proper filing
• Collect acknowledge of invoices and Filing

Site Visits & Customer Coordination
• Conduct site inspections at client locations to generate quotations
• Coordinate with sales head for quote finalization
• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure smooth collections

Reporting & CRM Updates
• Regularly update the CRM system with site visit and payment status.
• Prepare and share payment collection reports with management
• Identify and escalate issues related to long pending dues

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to customer handling
• Prior experience in collections or billing preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Willingness to travel for site visits and collections
• Self-driven, reliable, and good at time management
